369C Leafless Pine (sm)

369C Leafless Pine (sm) is the smallest sibling to 370E and 371G. Bare trees are one of the most useful types of imagery to add depth to a forested scene without adding too much visual weight in that the skeletal structure of the images won't fill up space. I like using these images within a space filled with plush trees to add something crisp against something more general (such as an area of varying greens) but the leafless tree(s) can also be used on their own. Some might see the absence of leaves/greenery as an image void of life but, stripped of foliage, sometimes the structure of a tree shows more gesture than with foliage. Maybe it shows the climate and weather of a location. The image is available in three sizes for depth. If you were to choose between one or the other, though, you might consider one of the larger of the three as you could stamp out just the top of the tree to represent a smaller version of the image.
